Faculty Development
Interprofessional Education is our Priority
Interprofessional education is a central part of Baptist University’s academic life. Collaboration improves faculty development, creating networks that foster instructional design and clinical application. Baptist University gives high priority to faculty activities, and the PULSE Faculty and Staff Development Committee partners with faculty to improve learning outcomes and spotlight faculty achievement.
Faculty engage in training and peer mentoring as they incorporate interprofessional activities into course objectives. Training activities are fun and informative, involving skits, roleplaying, games, and training from experienced professionals. “Everything is Awesome” is a common refrain at PULSE team-building activities.
