Advanced Diagnostics & Reasoning

This is a Level 1 course in the DNP program. This course builds on the learning objectives of the advanced health assessment course to develop the students’ knowledge of diagnostic reasoning for clinical practice. Students will develop an understanding of diagnostic tests and procedures that will provide them with the competence to investigate and diagnose common medical conditions across the adult-gerontological patient population.
